Rules & Regulations

Maintaining a Responsible Campus

All students are expected to maintain discipline, respect the rights of others and follow the rules and regulations of the College. These guidelines are intended to create a safe, respectful and academically focused environment for everyone.

Attendance & Punctuality

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and maintain the required attendance as prescribed by the applicable academic regulations.
Students should reach the College and classrooms on time.
Leave should be taken only with proper permission from the concerned authority.

Academic Discipline

Students should attend lectures, practical sessions and other academic activities regularly.
Students are expected to complete assignments, practical work and academic activities within the prescribed time.
Any form of academic misconduct or unfair means shall be dealt with according to applicable rules.

Behaviour & Discipline

Students shall maintain respectful behaviour towards faculty members, staff, visitors and fellow students.
Misconduct, abusive behaviour, threatening behaviour or disruption of academic activities is not permitted.
Students should maintain the dignity and reputation of the College both inside and outside the campus.

Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices

Mobile phones and electronic devices should be used responsibly within the campus.
Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode during lectures, examinations and academic activities.
Recording or photographing others without appropriate permission is not permitted.

College Property

Students must handle classrooms, laboratories, library resources, furniture and other College property responsibly.
Any intentional damage to College property may result in disciplinary action.
Students should help maintain cleanliness and proper use of campus facilities.

Library & Learning Resources

Students should maintain silence and discipline in the library.
Books and other library resources must be handled carefully and returned according to the prescribed schedule.
Library facilities should be used only for academic and educational purposes.

Campus Cleanliness & Environment

Students are expected to keep classrooms, corridors and other College areas clean.
Waste should be disposed of in designated bins.
Students are encouraged to contribute towards a clean, green and sustainable campus.

Safety & Security

Students must follow all safety instructions issued by the College.
Any suspicious activity or safety concern should immediately be reported to the concerned College authority.
Students should cooperate with College security and administrative procedures.

Anti-Ragging & Respectful Campus

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited within the College.
Students should treat all members of the College community with dignity and respect.
Any complaint relating to harassment, ragging or serious misconduct should be reported to the appropriate College authority.

General Regulations

Students must comply with notices, instructions and academic schedules issued by the College from time to time.
Students are responsible for keeping their identity cards and other required documents safely.
The College may take appropriate action in case of violation of applicable rules and regulations.

Important Note

The above guidelines are intended to promote discipline, academic integrity, safety and responsible behaviour. Students are also required to comply with the rules, regulations, ordinances and instructions applicable to their programme, University and competent authorities.
